You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

However, your satisfaction matters to us.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
After that time, production may have already begun and we may be unable to stop the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order:

Check with neighbors or your local carrier
